Single Neck Consoles

We offer two kinds of single neck consoles:
1. With the electronic controls positioned above the bridge (Fender stringmaster style)
2. With the electronic controls positioned behind the bridge (Fender deluxe style)

These guitars typically come with:

Lollar stringmaster pickups or Seymour Duncan Antiquity Stringmaster pickups or Lace Alumitone pickups
Real wood fretboard with dots (or enlay) in either 22.5, 23.5, 24.5 scales
Custom solid brass nickel plated Nut and Bridge built by Caladesi Guitars
Thick Hardwood Body (usually cherry, curly maple, and walnut) natural finish or painted
Kluson Tuners with Fender style pan
High-end electronics

Inspired by the old Fender Deluxe Console this guitar features our famous Caladesi nut and bridge made of solid brass and screwed in from the bottom of the guitar. The Stringmaster pickups by Jason Lollar or the Seymour Duncan antiquity’s stringmaster pickups complete the sound.

The Lollar pickup is a sonic upgrade from the original 1950s Fender sets, these pickups give you a wide tonal range, clean trebles, and full yet defined bass sound. Made with Alnico 5 magnets and scatterwound coils, the sets of two are RWRP for hum-canceling. String spacing outside-to-outside of strings is 2.656.”

The Seymour Duncan Antiquity for Stringmaster vintage single-coil pickups were originally developed for Johnny Farina of Santo & Johnny, the duo behind the legendary song Sleep Walk. They are wound for that distinctive 8-string Lap Steel sound.
